At Walsall Trade Union Council, our mission is rooted in the belief that working class solidarity is the foundation of a fair and just society.  We bring together trade unionisits from across the Walsall area to unite there efforts and strengthen their collective voices.  Our delegates are elected by trade union branches whose members live and/or work locally, ensuring that our councils reflects the needs and concerns of the community it serves.  This unique structure provides a vital link between the workplace and the broader working class community, fostering a shared commitment to equallity, justice and opurtunity for all.  

We have actively campaigned on a range of pressing issues, including healthcare, education, welfare and public transport.  These are not just abstract policy ideas but essential building blocks for working people.  Through our campaigns, we address systemic challenges and strive to ensure that the rights and dignity of workers are protected and upheld.  Our councils proud to be a voice for workers, amplifying there concerns and connecting there struggles with larger movements for social change.
